Wise Worthy Woman | KismetK ✨
I’m a better version of myself because of the women who came before me, and the ones here now, all of whom sparked the fire I was born with!
Some arrived by fate, others through books, podcasts, conversations, or shared paths. However they showed up, all have fueled my growth with their much-needed unique wisdom.
This is a tribute to those worthy and wise women who have and continue to move the needle for us all. May their light ripple through you, to your daughters, clients, neighbors, and beyond.
Together, we rise, break ancestral cycles, and heal generations.
These women are true rockstars. May they inspire you as they have me.
Louise Hay - The OG of self-love and affirmations!
Louise Hay was a pioneer in self-healing and personal growth. As the founder of Hay House and author of "You Can Heal Your Life" (which I read in my early twenties), she inspired millions to embrace self-love and transformation. Her teachings on affirmations and mind-body healing continue to inspire and empower me, as well as many others. Through the Hay Foundation, she supported vital causes helping those in need. Find her work on Spotify too!
I discovered Dr. Christiane Northrup’s Women’s Bodies, Women’s Wisdom in high school, and it transformed my approach to health and self-advocacy. Dr. Northrup is a trusted OB-GYN and wellness expert who champions holistic, inside-out healing for women’s well-being. Her work inspires women to take empowered control of their health through mind-body balance.
I love Elissa Goodman’s holistic yet practical approach to wellness, rooted in her personal healing journey with cancer. Her philosophy centers around whole foods, gentle detoxing, and emotional well-being. As a certified holistic nutritionist and cleanse expert, Elissa empowers others to nourish themselves from the inside out and live vibrantly, with grace and intention.
I first discovered Dr. Stacy Sims through her book, "Roar," and later delved into her insights on training during perimenopause. As a PhD exercise physiologist and nutrition scientist, she champions a female-first approach—no more "women are small men" 🩺. Her research indicates that during menopause, women require heavy resistance training, sprint intervals, and a higher protein intake to maintain muscle, metabolism, and bone health, particularly before weight training.
I’ve loved the Boss Mom community for years. It’s a powerful space where women come together to uplift, support, and celebrate each other’s entrepreneurial journeys. Founded by Dana Malstaff, Boss Mom offers courses, coaching, and connection for moms growing businesses while raising families. It’s a reminder that we don’t have to choose between purpose and parenting—we can thrive in both.
