Time: The Ultimate Wealth We Can’t Reclaim
2024 has taught me to value time in a deeper, more intentional way. While having fun and being playful is essential, I’ve realized I’m at the other end of my lifeline.
At 52, 104 is unlikely—but that doesn’t mean it’s downhill.
It means living with purposeful intention- to me :)
This year, I said goodbye to Rosie, my first and best dog. I also lost a friend with a saddened heart, a legend who impacted so many lives—and two others who silently left their mark. These losses reminded me how precious time is and how meaningful our intentions can mean.
Sometimes, I overdo it, and other times, I fall short. Ultimately, we don’t know if we have tomorrow. So, is time just as valuable as wealth?
What did 2024 teach us? And how will we elevate in 2025?
Reflecting on the Past Year:
1. What was the most surprising thing you learned about yourself?
I was able to complete a tough 3-month plant-based parasite/gut cleanse—no meat, no tortilla chips (the hardest part!). I felt amazing (after), I lost tummy density, and I will do it again in January. 🌱
2. What habits or rituals brought you the most peace and joy?
Quantum meditations with Dr. Claudia deepened my meditation practice and enlightenment—I'll keep nurturing this practice. ✨ + relentless faith!
3. Which moments made you feel the most alive?
Laughing with Kyra + hearing clients rave about the benefits of simple skincare updates! 😊✨
4. What’s one small but meaningful change in your routine?
AM & PM 5-minute lymph drainage followed by a deep face sculpting massage—game changer! 💆♀️✨
5. How did you nourish your mind, body, and spirit in unexpected ways?
So many ways—call me to expand, lol!
6. Was there a product or tool that became your “holy grail” this year?
Lumielle Glass Skin Liquid Exfoliant—must-have for all!
Looking Ahead to the Next Year:
1. What’s one word to define next year?
Expand
2. What self-care practice do you want to revisit?
Yoga—need more of it!
3. How can you bring more intentional rest into your routine?
Read more—eyeballs on pages, flip them, and savor that book smell. 📚
4. What wellness goal are you excited to achieve?
Speedwalk the LA Marathon
5. What kind of energy do you want to attract?
Elevating + Expanding vibes! Healthy, fun, kind, curious, and reflective!
6. If you could focus on one area of growth—mind, body, or spirit—what would it be?
All three—they’re all essential!
Playful reflection:
- If your skin had a theme song this year, what would it be?
Gypsy Live- by Fleetwood Mac/Stevie Nicks
- What KismetK product or practice would you gift your future self?
A facial by me!
- Which area could use some improvement?
My weekly cardio hiphop fit class- i'm awful at it, but great for the mind and body.

How deeply we feel the loss of our pets. For this I grieve with you. I know how loved Rosie was. I’m thinking a lot about boundries. As my husband’s sole caretaker, boundries are not easy to define. I am working to balance rest, work, worry, writing, submitting, and caretaking. It’s a New Year, a new start.
