Your Organs Are Talking—Are You Listening?

I LOVE looking at beauty and wellness through the lens of root-cause healing. What's showing up on our skin often reflects what's happening within—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Our bodies always talk to us (and sometimes straight-up yell—I've heard it loud and clear!). And when we finally tune in, we unlock the magic of awareness and transformation.

I loved this video highlighting the deep connection between our organs and the mind, emotions, and more. It dives into how specific organs influence our physical health, emotions, decision-making, and even our ability to let go.

Liver & Gallbladder → Decision-Making, Courage & Anger

Think of the liver as your inner visionary. When it's thriving, you feel adaptable, clear-headed, and confident in your decisions. But when it's sluggish? Frustration, irritability, and even full-on anger show up. Tension headaches? Jaw clenching?
I recently did a full-day liver cleanse—fermented enzymes, no food. More on that HERE. The physical purge was fascinating, but the emotional release? Unexpected. A downpour of old thoughts I no longer needed, clearing space for lightness and clarity. Our bodies are incredible. ✨

The gallbladder, on the other hand, is the action-taker. It gives you the courage to make bold moves. Ever feel paralyzed with indecision? A weak gallbladder might be in play. Supporting these organs helps you step into your power, make decisions with ease, and let go of lingering resentment.

Nourish your liver & gallbladder: Bitter greens, lemon water, dandelion tea, ginger, and gentle movement (like stretching or twisting yoga poses) keep things flowing.

Stomach & Spleen → Thought Processing & Clarity

Your stomach digests food + thoughts (good and bad ones). When strong, it helps you absorb information and process ideas with ease. When weak, it leads to overthinking, worry, and analysis paralysis.

The spleen is your focus filter. When balanced, you feel grounded and sharp. When imbalanced? Hello, mental fog and obsessive thoughts. If you've been stuck in an overthinking loop, your stomach and spleen may need extra love.

Love on your stomach & spleen: Warm, easy-to-digest foods (soups, stews, root veggies), mindful eating, and reducing processed sugars help bring back clarity.

Small & Large Intestine → Sorting & Letting Go

The small intestine is your body's built-in quality control. I was surprised to learn it plays such a big role in digestion and life! It sorts what's useful and what's not. When out of balance, confusion creeps in—bloating in the body, indecision in the mind.

The large intestine is all about release—shedding what no longer serves you. I love this organ! It might need extra support if you're feeling stuck, resistant to change, or clinging to past emotions. As Elsa said, let it go! ❄️

Keep things flowing: Stay hydrated, load up on fiber, probiotics, and roughage, and don’t forget emotional detox—journaling, breathwork, and even decluttering your space to invite fresh energy and good health!

Kidneys → Willpower & Fear

Your kidneys store deep reserves of energy. They fuel your willpower, resilience, and ability to move through challenges. When strong, you feel capable and steady. When weak, fear, insecurity, and exhaustion creep in.

Recharge your kidneys: Mineral-rich foods, salt in balance, staying warm, and deep rest restore this powerful energy source.

So, what's the takeaway?

Your body knows. You hold all the answers. ✨

Your skin, energy, and moods—it's all connected. When something feels "off," pause and ask, What is my body telling me? The more you tune in, the more enlightening (and even fun!) it becomes. Over time, this practice becomes a powerful tool. It’s deeply self-empowering. ✨

I love helping others connect the dots between inner wellness and outer glow. Whether through treatments, skincare, or small daily shifts, even the tiniest changes lead to big transformations—always reflected in radiant skin. ✨

So tell me—what's your body whispering to you today? 💫

With love & wisdom,
Karina
